Whenever You place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items and the shipping options that you choose.



You may return sealed Vaping Device Boxes and Tanks within 15 days of delivery and generate a request for Refund. Vaping Device Boxes can also be returned after opening provided they are not Broken or Damaged, incurring a 25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable items include Vaping Juices/E Liquids, Coils & Mouthpieces. 

We'll reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is an outcome of an error on our part, subject to your return having met our Returns Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. 

Your refund would be processed within 4 weeks of you shipping the item back to us. In most cases, You’d receive your refund well before 4 weeks. This time period includes the time it takes for the item to reach us, the time it takes to process your request, and the time your bank takes to process the request. 

Whenever you need to return a Vaping Device or Tank, simply shoot us an email at: within 15 days of delivery, with the subject line 'Return Item'. Do mention the order no. in the body of the mail and one of our executives will get in touch with you within 48 hours!



All Evolve Devices come with a 3-month warranty. For sanitary and overall safety reasons, all consumables like e-liquids, tanks, coils & mouthpieces (unless DOA), are not covered under warranty.

Evolve Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and any defects related to regular wear & tear, misuse, tampering and exposure to humidity are NOT covered under warranty. 

If you are not familiar with how to use your device, please take some time to go to our Videos section and watch the setup of your device or feel free to contact us. 

Please provide a copy of the invoice when claiming warranty on your device and allow 3-5 business days for your product to be inspected and tested after it is delivered to us. If the device is found to be defective, we’ll ship you the replacement.
